Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Know what they were doing and very responsive. Did great job demoing and redoing the backyard. Did some raised planters, patio, and some other things. Highly skilled at what he does.

Project: Install a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
Sadly, damage ocurred to our waterline. The city replaced the line and negotiated a fix-it price with this contractor. I've received the same bill every months for 3 months from the city. I'm still waiting for this contractor to fulfill his promise of paying the city the $800 bill. Often this contractor makes promises that are not kept, or that are kept many months later. The job was completed the end of October 2010. As of February 17, 2011, this contractor has not paid the asphalt subcontractor on our job. His workers are wonderful and amiable, but the contractor, rarely on site, has difficulty paying bills and keeping promises.

Kevin listened to our concerns, reworked the plan to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the finished product. The crew was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after job was done.
