Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Built appox. 400 SF deck with pergola out of treated lumber. Customer service was the best. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. They worked through the very poor april weather and still provided a high quality project. They cleaned up and reseeded the lawn were it was damaged.

I interacted with Anna via e-mail regarding the details (permit, etc) of the project. She was so nice and patient with my questions and very friendly. Butch was equally nice to work with. He was johnny on time when we met face to face. The deck turned out exactly as he described. The area was cleaned up nicely upon completion of the project. I am thrilled with how the project turned out and will be happy to recommend them to others. In fact, I am already budgeting and planning for a few other jobs that I would like to have Rock Solid Builders perform.
