Project: Install a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
The work was satisfactory on the castle rock retaining wall. The gravel vibrator broke and they were to return to perform this last step. 2 months later, this hasn't been completed.

Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs- For Business
They did come by and clear off the snow, however with the heavy snow they had to come back several times to get the lot cleared, we did have to them back to ask about clearing some more but they did with no issues. We would use them again. Very nice and easy to work with.

Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
The first time Rock & Wall Landscaping came for snow removal, they did a GREAT job. The second time I called for service they said they would be out following the storm. I had to follow-up 3 times after the storm to find out when they were coming. I was given a specific time and no one ever showed. A guest had to park their car in the street that night and I had to work from home the following day as I could not get out of my drive. The lack of communication and the saying one thing and doing another is unacceptable.
