I must say the work crew was very professional. This company has certainly lived up to it's reputation. I was thoroughly satisfied with the craftsmanship and the manner in which the employees performed their jobs. Everything was done as you would expect from a reputable general contractor. The crew came to work on time each day that they were scheduled to be there. They were respectful of my new home and cleaned up at the end of each day. Darryl Jr., Nat and Harold were very knowledgeable and worked very well together. All three were willing to listen to my thoughts and ideas and answer my questions during the process.

They started on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They did a very nice job.

I had an awesome experience getting my basement insulation done with RGA. Daryl and his worker were very professional. They arrived right when they said they would, went right to work, and cleaned up everything when completed. The whole experience went very smoothly and efficiently and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use them again for other work around the house!

They did a very small project for me promptly and with courtesy.

We revised our initial quote to include only removal of the old ceiling and installing the new. The ceiling looks as good as it probably can, under the cicumstances (many wires and pipes to work around). My complaint about a humming junction box was never resolved. Also the finishing was not good. They put the old crown moulding and trim back on in the wrong places and crumbled the plaster while doing so. They were nice guys and pleasant to have in my home, yet the finishing was hurried and unsatisfactory.

This rating is an Insult to my company, I took over a $1000.00 loss on this job just to try accommodate the customer. The humming noise in junction box is electrical and has Nothing to do with the ceiling install. I had plans to return and try fixing the problem once time allowed us to return to the city. We should have just walked away when we seen the job conditions but that's not how i run my business, i took the loss trying to keep customer happy and this is the thanks i get. Cant please everyone, this just goes to show the thanks of some people, please disregard the lame rating.....

What I like the most was his honesty, timeliness and professionalism. He came back to check on the job a few days after completion. Wonderful experience.

The job was perfectly done and reasonable. I plan on using them again in the future
