We hired Juan for a painting/trim job on our front door, and he did such a great job, we didn't hesitate to hire him again to install a new kitchen faucet. He was punctual, polite, and did fantastic work!

He is a nice man, but was very split in his attention. He hired someone to power wash my newly constructed porch before starting to paint it, and that person gouged and splintered the new wood . Juan filled in the wood gouges with wood putty before painting; they swelled in the rain, the paint discolored and lifted. There are bubbled spots on the porch floor, and spots that were never painted that face my neighbor. I have been calling and contacting Juan since the problem was discovered, there has not been any resolution. Juan quoted for 4 colors, but ended up with 3; he didn't want to buy 4 colors. Paint cans were left on the job site

Really was house cleaning, not general repairs. The Lady he sent to my mothers home did not know how to clean very good. Would not recommend them to my friends.

Juan was awesome. I was hesitant to go with a general contractor for my tenant's plumbing issues, but I trusted my instincts and the moment Juan walked on site, I felt at ease. He was confident and assured me the problem would be fixed. He finished about 30 minutes earlier than forecasted, cleaned up leaving zero residual presence and was professionl from beginning to end. I will be using Juan for all my house needs and highly recommend him.
