He pushed his agenda on when the project needed to begin. The linoleum in the kitchen has a rip which was under the scrape of rug he laid down, so I don't know who's responsible for it. He didn't level the floor at all so there is a huge dip in the living room. He was in a hurry to do the job and get paid, not concerned with the quality.

I went beyond the call of duty to finish the job, she bought the material, which I showed her how to save money there. She was in everyones way, trying to help out. Why would she not call me with any problems. I also helped her out with another apartment, free of charge. I am always concerned about value and quality, read my ratings. I would like to know why she is taking her frustations with the carpenter out on me! This is the first I heard of any problems in this rating, we were praised throughout the job. She had an inspection to be ready for which she was behind, we went out of our way for her. She will not return my calls.

Pleasure to meet Robert and his sons- they responded quickly and they did a good job. We will use them again in the future.
