Project: Build an Addition
The job was finished but Rob was seldom seen on the job. I had to bring several items to his attention or he would not have known about potential construction problems. Most of the issues could have been easily solved if Rob had spent more time on the scene.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Prompt, efficient, high quality results in only two days. Was able to readily adapt to miscomunication on original contract description of wheelchair ramp job. Did need prompting on cleaning up worksite after job completed. Other than that, i Highly recommend.
