He was able to come to our home within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem (my unit had frozen up!) and returned later (after it thawed sufficiently) to complete the service. He quickly found the leak, repaired it and charged the Freon. We can't praise Mr. Arceneaux enough! The inside temperature of our home was at 92 degrees when he arrived and within an hour we could see and feel the temp. dropping.  His pricing was reasonable and information and experience invaluable!
