Roy was quick to respond to my submission. He was also very good about communicating (answered phone or responded to email within a few hours). He was able to get out to the house, submit a quote and complete the work in about 1.5-2 week timeframe (even over Christmas). He was extremely nice and as a single mother, I felt COMPLETELY comfortable being in the house alone with him to complete the work. I'll comtinue to use him for future projects and will recommend him to friends.
