Rob came on time, spent 1 hour and 45 minutes checking almost every foot of the property we planed to buy, from crawlspace to attic. His oral report was thorough with vivid pictures, followed by a formal report with over 50 entries, at a very reasonable charge. Under the name of termite inspection, his coverage not only included termite, fungi, etc.,but also almost every area of home maintenance, like water stain, floor softness, see examples we posted in Yelp. He captured many issues that other professional did not find. Rob's professional skill and thoroughness helped us tremendously to make the right decision. High recommendation!

He was on time and his inspection was very detailed and thorough. I hope that the house I buy has this detailed an inspection done on it. The written report was emailed to us on the next business day. Would definately recommend him to anyone.
