THE INSPECTION WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND THE FORMAT WAS QUIET HELPFUL. IT PROVED TO BE AN EXCELLENT TOOL FOR A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER (ME) DURING THE PURCHASE AND AFTER. ALLAN SEEMS TO ENJOY DOING A GOOD JOB.

Allan was very clear that he doesn't perform "cosmetic" inspection, i.e. defects in paint, trim, etc and i wish that were something that was also offered.

Allen (inspector) was VERY knowledgeable about what he was doing. He provided many good insights on how to repair and maintain aspects of the home. My wife referred to his knowledge as "nerdy" (a compliment to his level of knowledge) as he seemed to get excited when talking about soils and the thermal expansion properties. He found a heater vent that had been disconnected by our roofer that would have proved deadly should we not find it prior to using our heater. He made it very clear how important it was to get it fixed immediately. 3 cheers for saving my life! I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Allan did an excellent job as I shadowed him throughout the house and at the same time asking him question after question. He answered all my questions and also gave me some valuable tips. Will recommend him to my friends who are looking to buy a house.
