I received a phone call from R&R's office within minutes (really!) of submitting my project request with Service Magic.  I got an estimate later that same day. The project started when I requested, and finsihed on schedule.  All of the guys working on the project were very attentive.  They cleaned up each day when they were finished working.  I have since enlisted R&R to do a larger project on my deck.  They thoroughly researched the specific materials I needed and were again very efficient in getting the project completed.  Would certainly use again.
