Prompt, thorough, great attention to details. I am very happy with the finished sun room. I received a phone call from R&R's office within minutes (really!) of submitting my project request with Service Magic. I got an estimate later that same day. The project started when I requested, and finsihed on schedule. All of the guys working on the project were very attentive. They cleaned up each day when they were finished working. I have since enlisted R&R to do a larger project on my deck. They thoroughly researched the specific materials I needed and were again very efficient in getting the project completed. Would certainly use again.

After a few initial bumps in the road, our door install went well. They were professional and almost finished the job within the projected timeline.

They are the best I have ever worked with.

We at R-N-R construction LLC do our very best to give our customers the very best in customer service and use only quality materails !!

Quality of work was OK, but project management was very poor. The lone workman was never left to finish the work completely, spending just 2 to 4 hours a day on the job, before leaving to go to another location. Bid as a 1 to 1.5 week job, the project was abandoned at the 5 week mark and my wife and I finished the work our selfs. Overall a very dissatisfying experience.

Mike's comment was submitted on January 1st,2008. We were never paid in full for this project. On Friday, October 12th we received an e-mail from Mr.W stating what a nice job we had done, & there was only a minor addition of caulk that needed to be installed, otherwise this job was completed. Any issue regarding the length of time was due to not having access to Mike's home as he was always gone.
