Service rep was very polite and knowledgeable. Arrived 30 min after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. They will definitely get my business if I ever need them in the future.

He came on a Sunday when the heat and humidity was extremely hire. He had the AC fixed in about 15 minutes. It has been working fine since he replaced a capacitor that blew.

River Regions is very professional. They worked with us to insure we had the new heating unit we needed at the best price and warranty. I have already referred them to neighbors. This is the only heating and cooling company people should choose.

The service man was knowledgeable and professional,while being very nice. I did not have a major problem but he had it figured out in less than ten minutes. He then stayed and did checks on my unit for the next half hour, ensuring all was good.
