Quote was half of what I was getting. He accommodated my schedule for all appointments, including the estimate, because I work during the day. VERY conscientious, reliable, and knows what he is doing. Will use him again. He hinge cabinets, heavy mirrors, and art work.

Project: Hire a Handyman
He replaced my mailbox that was destroyed by the snowplow. He does careful work, used the mailbox I purchased, and ensured that it was installed where I needed it, and used good materials to finish the job. It's hard to find someone to do relatively small jobs like this and will do them with care.

He goes by the name Orlando. Some maybe skpetical at first, but let me tell you this guy is truly a Pro. He was very Polite and very professional not to mention the first one to call. Orlando did a phenomal job on designing and fabricating my new railing system for my existing staircase. I would highly recommend him for any future carpentry projects.

Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings
The owner called us within minutes of the request, was at our house within the hour and completed the repairs to our basement stairs in a very professional, competent manner,cleaned up and gave us a very reasonable price for the work on New Year's Day. We were amazed to have anyone come out on a Holiday, and were extremely pleased. We highly recommend RiverPin.
