I couldn't help but share my similar experience with Rivas Landscaping, particularly Cesar and ALL is broken promises, commitments and poor work ethic. I was foolish enough to not only use this guy once...but twice! Like the prior writer, I thought I would give another shot, BECAUSE he was so willing to do the job! It was all YES, YES, YES!!!!! Yes, his charm and laid back "no problem" attitude, while in the "honeymoon" stage was great. The business partnership and inevitable divorce was just moments away after I paid, on his terms, in full, in CASH and on time!!!! What a joke! This guy gives nothing but broken promises and deliver

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
The helper Rivas Landscaping had was using a claw hammer to exposed the old drip system and hit my tile sidewalk breaking the tile and breaking an irrigation pipe to my lawn I now have a leaking pipe that squirts high in th air. I called Rivas Landscaping 2 times told him I would take care of the tile please fix the leak that he is responsible for I was ignored and haven't heard from him since this shows he does not quarantee his workmanship. The job was done well on everything else he is knowledgeable.

Employees involved with the installation were very knowledgable and courteous. Job was estimated to take 3 days and was completed on time even with some minor problems encountered. Cesar Rivas went out of his way to get the job completed and was willing to answer any questions which I might come up with. GOOD JOB CESAR AND CREW!
