Mike gave me a great price. High effeciency Carrier furnace & A/C. Scheduled the installation right away. Completely installed in one day. Very professional & did a great job. Installed in cold weather, said he would come back prior to cooling season to do check-up on A/C - no charge.

This contractor would have recived a 4 or 5 in all catagories the work was great however we had trouble getting our energy rebate certificate from him after the work was completed, it took him several weeks for him to provide us with that at one point we were almost certian that he was not going to be able to do it for whatever reason. So i'm not sure why it took him so long to provide us with the certificate to get our tax rebate, that is our main concern, everything else went great.

Michael Moses was the service provider for my heating problem. The service was excellent. Mr. Moses was flexible and really worked with me on the scheduling. I tried to explain the unit problem, even had another provider tell me that the unit needed to be replaced. Mr. Moses was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He went straight to the furnace and quickly accessed/identified the problem. He quickly returned with the new part needed. Bottomline, no unit replacement was needed, only a small part. Huge difference between an estimated $4500 unit replacement cost, verses $175 one hour repair. Mr. Moses was great!

I hired Ritetemp A/C & Heating to install a heat pump. Michael Moses and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time, provided an estimate and stuck to the contract. The workers were all very clean and polite as well. Michael went above and beyond the contract to complete the work in such a professional manner.

Mr. Moses gave me a good price and I got excellent service for my money. The new furnace is working very well. Much better than my last furnace. I also got a new A/C Unit but I can't comment about that until summer. He kept his word every step of the way and was very professional. In addition, I would like to say that Ritetemp is the FIRST company....ever.....to completely clean up behind themselves!!!!! I am very pleased.
