Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
By far the best in terms of price and I loved that they were so upfront about the cost. They gave me a price sheet by e-mail. A bit hard to connect with them by phone, but that is common enough with contractors in my experience. Had an issue arise with some water flow due to getting this work done, but they never could have done anything about it or avoided it....it wasn't their fault. Caused headaches, but they were good to me, came back and helped resolve it at no charge. Give these guys a shot.

The work was done in time and well. They gave good and clear instructions. Price was much better than other companies would give me. I will definitively call Riteway Plumbing for another projects. Thank you.

riteway plumbing gave me the best estimate for water heater replacement and had good customer service. they came promptly and did the good job, but it did not past the inspection on first round because smoke pipe had to be replaced too according to new code. Riteway replaced the pipe for additional charge. At the end it still was good price. I was expected them to know the codes better, but they said it varies from township to township. so this was an extra hassle and time, but overall pleased with service.
