Arrived on time, completed the job, and cleaned up the job site, and would use them if I ever need this type of work again.

They were responsive, fast & good at their job.

Matt came out and gave us a price. We contacted our neighbor who also needed trees removed. Since our neighbor had their's removed at the same time we both got a better price.

Risk Tree Service took on the monumental task of removing my large dead oak tree. The crew is very knowledgable, courteous and professional. I'm very pleased with the steps they take to minimize impact on lawn and property. They cleaned all the debris so that everything looked the same way it did before they started. You would never know they were there. I would definitely recommend Risk Tree Service and plan on using them again in the future.

Matt of Risk Tree Service arrived on time on the scheduled date. I paid by check, which he cashed that same day . As I was leaving for work, he said he had forgotten his equipment and could not finish the job that day but ASSURED me he would finish bright and early the next day. Nine minutes before his guaranteed arrival, Matt called to say he couldn't make it because it was raining at his house. I informed him it was not raining by mine; had he kept his appointment time, the job would have been finished. Finallly two days later the job was finished. I asked him to discard some foliage debris I removed, however he declined.

Risk tree service puts employee safety first. On this day there was 70 percent chance of rain for most of the day with lighting. The client then wanted me to remove trees and haul them away that were not discussed. We are licensed professionals and do not work for free. We then called the customer three times to discuss this but did not receive a call back. Risk tree service is built on integrity and customer satisfaction and would do whatever it takes to make it right. Also during the job everything was communicated openly and agreed upon by customer. Bottom line customer was unhappy we were not willing to remove trees not on contract
