Project: Clean Out a Sewer
I called a major national plumbing/sewer company and they came out. The kid told me I needed to clear my main sewer line, but that he couldn't cable it out, that it was going to be a $1300 fix. I called Right Way for a second opinion, and the man was at my house within the hour, confident he could help me out. After explaining patiently what the problem was, he got to work and cleared the line with cable - the very thing the other guy said he couldn't do - and for cheaper, too. I'm a new homeowner and this was to be my first real fix, and Right Way made it completely painless. Best possible experience, I think.
