Project: New Windows - Multiple
The windows were ordered wrong twice. It took 10 weeks to get the windows to my home (wrongly measured). And the installer chopped my walls to make the retro fit windows fit. I now have to remove and level the windows and purchase new trim and casing and try to stain match and paint inside and outside both windows. I would not have them come back to redo anything as I do not think there operation is Qualified to be in business. Think twice about dealing with this outfit. Not a happy camper!!!

This customer is highly exaggerating even lying. Although there was an issue with the wrong window being ordered a significant discount was given off the balance for the inconvenience. All work done for the "retrofit" was done through his instruction and per the contract he was doing all new casings himself on the project as he was in the process of the remodel. The remaining 1/2 of the balance was not waived to his demand in turn got us this ridiculous review. Although we aim to please and satisfy all our customers some things we just cant do.

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
the work that they performed was great. house roof no longer leaks and the porch roof was great. however, i feel that the level of customer service was lacking. although the job took over a week to complete, neither of the owners (the ones who quoted the job) called or stopped by to check in. it was not until the job was actually finished and i called them to discuss why no one ever stopped by, that they actually stopped and took care of the couple of items that I was concerned about. although the work was good, I made the decision to go with them because of a level of customer service that I was sold on, but do not feel that I recieved.
