Project: Remodel a Kitchen

We never did a remodeling project before so weren't sure what to expect. Every step of the way, Riggs Remodeling answered our questions and went the extra step to get us everything we wanted. The workers are friendly and very helpful. The project was on time and on budget and the quality of their work is outstanding. We could not be more pleased. Riggs Remodeling pretty much gave us a new home.

Roger gave a good price and seemed very dependable. But if you have money, I would go with someone else who knows their job and is faithful. Did not keep his word and gives excuses for crappy job and then complains about asking questions. I am not a pro in putting tiles or other renovation work but has 2 master's degree. When he tells me things that do not make sense i am not going to believe him. Did not take interest in quality of the work that was subcontracted and did a very, very poor job in installing the tiles. If you hire him, pl. educate yourself and do not let them get away with crappy work.Did not complete work on time.

My experience was very passive on all levels from the design, the workmanship, the workers, the time frame and the final outcome. My new bathroom meets all the expectations from when I first decided I wanted to do a remodel.

Rodger Riggs contacted me quickly and provided a detailed estimate for remodeling a small bathroom. I had indicated flexibility regarding a start date but work was started very close to the original start date. The worker assigned to the job was very professsional and checked in as needed to ensure that he was doing what I wanted. The tile work that he did in the tub area was exceptional. Everything was done in a reasonable time, on budget, and minor fix-ups made quickly. All in all, a good company to work with and one that I hope to use again.
