After many years of experience designing award winning landscapes in Tucson, Orange County and Temecula, Marilyn Guidroz has brought her creativity and talent to San Diego County. Marilyn views each project as an artist for beauty and as a designer for function. The best management practices for saving water, less environmental impact and lower maintenance are key elements in her projects. Marilyn finds her work rewarding when a client says "Now I just want to go outside and sit in my garden."

I am so pleased with the designs for my yard. It is the first house project that is going well. Marilyn is a delightful and knowlegable person with unending experience in her field of design. She has a good understanding of my personality and what I want created in my yard. We met a few times and I always felt as though we were friends working on a special project. Marilyn was delightful to work with! She was always on time unless she called to say she would be late and had my plan completed in 3 weeks. She listened to my thoughts, ideas and suggestions and implemented them when appropriate. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Marilyn was very professional. Shortly after submitting our inital requirements to Service Majic we received several phone calls. We invited two designers to our home for consultation. We choose Marilyn because she was attentive to our needs from a design and financial standpoint. Marilyn would keep us in check when we started to go above our means or desired something that was to much for our home when compared to the neihborhood. We also choose Marilyn because of her expertise in plants. It was apparent from the outset that she was knowledgable about what plants were best suited for our area (Temecula). I highly recommend Marilyn.

My wife and I have had a great experience working with Marilyn, and we highly recommend her. Marilyn worked closely with us and put together a proposal that really met what we were looking for, and that were in compliance with the rules of our HOA. The plans she drew up were detailed and precise. Marilyn is also very kind and an easy person to work with and is very knowledgeable about a large variety of plants and how they would do in different environments. My wife and I are definitely glad we found her!

A young couples first home and first landscape project. We worked well together and enjoyed finding all of the right elements to compliment the home and yard. It will look great all year and require very little maintenance.

This was a mess of an old back yard and needed help to update it for a family entertainment area and garden. We needed a number of meetings to really decide what the new owner was planning for some of it. The revisions all in place and it turned out great!!! A good client to work with.

Marilyn is very personable, creative, and easy to work with. She has an outstanding knowledge of local flora and delivered a design that was practical, within our HOA CCR's, and also was low water and low maintenance while still being visually pleasing.
