Poor customer service from Rick's. A/C is continually running and no one will come out to check out the problem. Numerous calls to fix thermostat that was incorrectly installed. IT took 4 tries to get it right. Installers broke our fence and never offered to replace it. Estimated project to hook up with existing electrical and then electrical did not pass inspection.  Rick's argued that they did not want to pay for the new breaker and box to correct the electrical issue. They finally did pay, but stated, "they were doing us a favor". Hung up on us many times.  See All Ratings
