However, the inspector did not take the time to explain what he was looking at/looking for. To be fair, the homeowner was also present which added a distraction. If I had been a first-time buyer, or untrained inhome repair, I would not have had a thorough understanding of what his findings meant. He did not relay the degree to which any problems would have impacted the home in coming years. <br /> <br />Having moved from out-of-state, and having a SUPERIOR home inspection on my first home, I must evaluate this inspection as accurate, but not up to my own PERSONAL standards.
