Clean and neat work. He did an excellent job. I plan to have do some more work for me next spring.

He did a great job on laying the tile and installing the doors to the storage area. He did an extremely poor job on installing the closet door. I paid him around 12 noon and he left at 1:32 p.m. The door wasn't flush to the wall. It wasn't even close. It stuck out from the wall easily 1 inch. I called him and spoke with him. initially thought it was because the wall framing the door wasn't plumb. But I checked it myself and it's plumb. Like most contractors, he got paid and left. I was going to have him come back but I would have to pay him another $300.00 to reinstall a door which he was already paid to do right the first time

The only part of her review that is true is about the door not being flush. I spent an hour and a half trying to install it but it was not possible due to the door frame being so out of square. I left it installed and asked her house sitter to have her call me. She asked me to repair the framing that she had another contractor do and I went by the next day to remove the door. She then stated that she would call her framer and have him correct the opening. I said I would return and reinstall the door when that was completed. At no point did I ask for more money to install the door. I gave her a price to repair the framing work that I didnt do.

The contractor was professiona,l on time each and every day. explained steps before he did a job, and is very good and meticulous at what he does. He seems to really like what he does. I would recommend him to family and friends and more jobs for my home as well.

Rick did an excellent job on our bath room removing the old broken plaster and installing a new dry wall ceiling. Rick had an ideal to also install crown molding so we could keep the wall paper on the walls. Rick was on time, on budget and finished one day early. He took the demo away when the job was done. We look forward to having Rick do another job for us as soon as he has the time.

Rick is someone to be wished for .. he was punctual - he arrived when expected, was polite, was helpful with ideas about doing things better, he was willing to change methods, etc as circumstances changed, and was incredibly thorough. His prices? Maybe not the least expensive, but we got and are still getting what we paid and are paying for .... Rick will be doing more work for us I wish I could adopt him!

Came on time, kept area clean, work was professional and timely.

We have an old house and the walls and ceilings are not even. Rick did a great job installing crown moulding for us. The job is beautifully done and he left the area spotless. Thank you, Rick!
