gate on day one sagged, many scrach marks on white vinyl, workers used white spray paint to try and cover black marks on gate! incomplete gate posts( no tops). Two calls to Richter Fence about problems no return call.

Work is not yet totally completed. Few "fix-its" left. Happy with results to date. Everyone associated with the company was very nice to work with and very hard working men. They stand behind their work...trustworthy. Good Sales communications. Quality of materials very good. Workmanship very good. Have recommended them to neighbors and friends who have asked to see our fence.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Richter Fence Co. did a great job installing a new fence at my dad's house. When Ray came out to give us an estimate he was very nice, knowledgeable and had a quote within 5 minutes after his survey. I can't believe how fast they installed the fence and how much it improves the property of the house. When the fence was completed, Ray inspected the fence to make sure it was installed correctlly and that we were happy before he received payment. When it comes to replacing anymore fencing, I will certainly have Richter Fence Co do the work. My dad and I thank you for doing an outstanding job on the installing of the fence. Thanks again!

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
The man who came to my house told me that project will take 3 to 4 hours to complete. He gave me an estimate of $280 dollars. I agreed thinking he was telling the truth. The project took less than 30 minutes. They extremely overcharged me. $280 dollars for less than 30 minutes of work? I feel robbed. I'll never hire Ritcher Fence again or recommend to anybody.
