When the contractor came the very first time he asked questions and showed interest in doing the job which the other contractor did not. He did everything and more than what he said he would. He even offered to lower the price after he was done but I was so satisfied with the work that I told him we had already made a contract and I was pleased to pay the up front price because he did more than what we planned for. Thanks for sending this contractor.
