Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
We hired Aura to deep clean Mom's house. Mom was happy with her clean house. We liked her work and more importantly, Mom feels very comfortable with her in her home. She now comes in every other week. She scrubs everything from floors up, including the ceiling (if she can reach it -- she cleans it). Furniture is moved out. All the dust bunnies disappear. Bathroom and Kitchen is spotless! She is extremely reliable - always on time. She's a keeper.

I wasn't totally dissappointed but I wasn't very satisfied either. When I hired Richetti Cleaning Service I was never told that the Customer had to provide all of the cleaning supplies and clothes to clean the house. Nor was I informed that only one person would be sent to clearn a three (3) bedroom house. The person assigned to the house started at 1:00 pm and didn't finish until 7:00 pm that evening. I've hired cleaning companies before and usually a team of 2 to 3 persons are sent. I hired this company for my Mother's home and she was somewhat satisfied and said she would use them again, but, no guarantees.

This company is great! I am working with Aura, who has already been over at my house 6 times. Super professional, efficient and honest. She cleans my studio apartment as if it were a high-tech lab or clinic- spotless! She has been by herself twice and once even guided my TV guy while I was in class. I got her referrals from ServiceMagic when she just moved from New Jersey and started a new company here. Do not let the fact that they "just started" misguide you! They have been in the business for over a decade, and you can call ServiceMagic to attest to that :)
