Let me first say I hate calling service people. I always have this sense that I am getting ripped off and they are exploiting my lack of knowledge. Not these guys. They were awesome. They came within an hour, quickly found the problem was the ignitor. Before we bought this house some other service guy installed a generic ignitor. Richardson went and bought the manufacture specific ignitor, installed it, and it works great now. He also fully explained the problem to me. I might have been able to do it myself, but I would have made novice mistakes and spent as much more time and money than what they charged. Reasonable and honest how rare!

Mr. Ward was perfectly nice. He came out during the specified time and did what was asked of him. We still have issues with our upstairs a/c, but I think it is simply because of our open floorplan. I was not overly pleased with the amount he charged for labor. It seems that everyone around here charges trip fees in addition to labor and I can only assume that this was included in the labor cost because it was very high for the time he was here. All of that said, I cannot say that I was unhappy with his services.

I wasn't home when the company came by, but my wife was. She felt comfortable there and was explained to about the work being done. The capicitor on my AC unit had swelled and caused the error so it was replaced and the broken one was left behind so that I could see that it in fact was the capcitor that was the issue. Pricing was as discussed and seemed fair.

Was able to schedule time to fix AC the same day I submitted request. Schedule opened up for him and he arrived early. Received an estimate over the phone and he agreed to start the work in the rear of home while I was still in route. Very professional.
