Project: Remodel a Basement
Richard did a great job. His skill and attention to detail was great. Richard presented a well thought out plan for finishing the basement that incorporated what I wanted and several ideas to improve the project. He does great work! I appreciate his craftsmanship and his work ethic. My finished basement looks like it was a part of the original construction rather than an add on. His bid for the project was very competitive - I got a lot for the money.

Project: Remodel a Basement
Richard did a great job incorporating our ideas with his knowledge of what would work best for our project to design a basement that looks great and is highly functional. He worked well with our flooring contractor and AV contractor to make sure that everything would run smoothly, and he stayed in close communication with us through every phase of the project.

Richard was very helpful in helping me decide on the trim finishings for my basement project. He was courteous, timely, and completed beautiful trim work. I would highly recommend Starr Construction to anyone looking for quality trim work for their home!

richard did a great job on our basement. he kept us inform everyday of what he was doing. he had great imput on what we should do and what might look better. he takes pride in what he does and we are very statisfied on the way it turned out. we consider richard not just someone that we hired to do work for us but we now consider him a friend of our family.

Project: Install or Replace Interior Doors
My wife and I hired Richard to perform some work on our rental. We felt his price was very fair and the work was completed in a very timely manner. He was upfront with us on what needed to happen to complete repairs. We were very pleased with the finished product. My wife and I will likely hire Richard in the future for additional repairs.

Richard Starr provided exceptional service from the day he came to look at our basement to prepare a bid up until his final day of completion. He understood exactly what we were wanting to do in our space and he went above and beyond our expectations. He communicated with us daily so we knew exactly what has happening and we always knew what the next couple of days would entail . Richard completed the job in a very timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and has an eye for detail. We were so happy with Richard’s craftsmanship that we have already referred him to three of our neighbors for projects of their own. If we ever need any additional work done in our home, Richard Starr will be the person we call as we know his work and work ethic are superb!

Project: Remodel a Basement
Overall, I am very pleased with the work Mr. Starr completed for us. We had him install a half bath in our basement. He showed up when he said he would and was very pleasant to deal with in person and over the phone. I will call him for any future remodeling project we do in the future.
