I would give Richard a 10+ if that was a option!    A great guy - hard working, the quality of his work - the size of my home was a 7500 sq foot log home he built for me - there every step of the way, from day to evening.  The logs for my home came all the way from Montana.  A wonderful family - I think so highly of them - Richard's daughter, who is in college now, is always lending a hand to me.   His expertise has impressed my family.  A+++++
