Mr. Beckwith really works with you to get the job completed. He was very persistent and allowed me an opportunity to present my viewpoints on the carpet. He was able to work with me on the time to install my carpet. The people that work for him was wonderful. They were about business and put in the time required to ensure that the carpet was installed perfectly. I would definately recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Richard!!

The laminated flooring went in perfect and the defect was fixed to our satisfaction. Had a misunderstanding with the carpet layers but it was resolved appropriatley by Mr. Beckwith. Overall I would have them back anytime to do additonal work for us.

Richard came out in a timely manor and submitted a quote and the installed the coming within the quoted time. The installers were professorial and did a couple things extra I wanted with no questions asked. My wife and I are very happy with the carpet.

When I described the project to Richard, he understood exactly what I wanted. The installers were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after the job was complete. Great company to work with. I will definitely use them again.
