We had a crumbling raised patio replaced and added a ground-level concrete pad in front of patio using colored concrete. Great work! Nice workers! (Just be prepared to do some landscaping when the job is done.)

The Service Magic Representative had to get involved to get problems resolved. The work had to be redone.The job was redone satisfactory but Barnes has stated they will not guarantee the foundation won't sink again.

The job completed wasn't foundation work. It was a small replacement of driveway at garage area to prevent water from entering. A small knee wall was built. The replacement section of the drive was 2" lower than the garage so water couldn't enter. The client paid $1,800 upon job completion. 6 weeks later is when the client decided he didn't like the job. We went back & did the job the way he thought it should be done. We wouldn't warrant the work because the garage & driveway are built over a trash hole. This was done when the builder built the building years ago. We would not put that liability on our company for something someone else did.

I had what could have been a very tough project for a lot of contractors, but they came in diagnosed the problem from the start and did a great job.

Excellent experience. Richard and his crew did a wonderful job for us on our walkways, retaining wall and concrete repair. They kept me informed every step of the way and worked extremely hard to ensure that I was satisfied. I would have no problem recommending them for concrete work - A+++++!!!!!

Richard Barnes has a great crew who did a wonderful job and clean-up. Even though we had to leave town for 3 days, they continued to work and took good care of our house. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
