On New Year's Day, a Sunday, I got the idea to paint my home office so I put the request on ServiceMagic. Rich called within 30 minutes, gave me a fair quote on the phone and said he could do the job on Tuesday at 10am. Within 48 hours of contacting ServiceMagic the job was complete! Rich did a great job, quite a perfectionist. He did it for exactly how much time and money he said it would take with no surprises. He was on time, did what he said he would do and I would definately use him again & recommend him highly.

Rich is amazing! He is a hard worker who simply loves to paint. He went out of his way to find the colors/paints that I wanted at an affordable price. He was very knowledgeable about the costs and benefits of multiple options, and made sure that I was satisfied with the job. He also logged more hours than he charged - a very genuine, principled guy. I will definitely hire Rich for any additional exterior painting needs, and couldn't recommend him more.

Very pleased with Rich. He asked thorough questions up front and called several times to verify his starting times and paint details. He setup and worked very quietly. He had me check his work every so often to make sure he was doing the job I wanted. He worked straight through the day, brought his own food and drinks so he didn't have to leave for breaks, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. All this, plus his charges were very reasonable.

I cannot reccomend Rich enough for any staining projects. He was professional, an expert on materials and products, and paid close attention to details. He recently stained our oak patio door. It looks wonderful. He came over to first look at the door and reccomend stain that would match our wood floor as well as finishing. He provided all material and quoted us a very inexpensive price. He even let our dog in and out while he worked:) He was very knowledgeable.

Rich was great.. he even came during a snow storm. He was the most reasonable of all the painters that I called. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and got the work done quickly and did a beautiful job.
