RiceBuilt took a sad home that had several heavy smokers livinging there for 11 years Clened it out,renovated the home to a real gem that I am sure that the new home owners will have the priviege to put it on the market on behalf of the family. You can be sure that if you need to have any home improvements done rather large or small the quality of workmanship provided will be of up most quality. I thank those of the Ricebuilt Construction and those that were his subcontractors for the outstanding quality of work they did for me.

hung large exterior mahagony front doors...price doubled before job was done. he installed interior grade door stops on exterior which i didn't know till someone else told me. that needed to be redone by someone else which cost me more. cutting of metal door bottoms was not flush. door deadbolt latch was mismeasured ....did return promptly for readjustment

The bid did not double.The original bid was 900.00. Lauren paid 1025.00. Some of the hardware was wrong and needed to be exchanged. She did not have a thresh hold when the old one was removed the underneath side was crumbling concrete, This had to be patched at the very least. the door stops complained about were paint grade and not stain grade, because She said she wanted to paint them and Stain and seal the doors. Before I left I was told no. The home owner was warned to do this right away as the door was a western exposure.When I returned to adjust the door it was not sealed inside.
