He was SP second company referral and he came through for me initially but as I stated he is too busy for his own good leaving him unfocused during a job. My boiler transformer was shot and so he ordered 2 of them which he burned because of failed troubleshooting. My Low-Water CO sensor was shorted but I only found this out after spending $150 on John and calling SP again to send me and Electrician($250) which corrected the job John should of known to fix! Save yourself some money and go with a better rated company.
