Project: Remodel a Kitchen

Revamp completed a kitchen project at my downtown condo. The work required substantial wall removal and pipe relocation and some new sheet rock and texturing. Working with William was a great experience from beginning to end. The remodel was very much a partnership, he is a true professional. William worked with us to find a feasible design and adjust the plans so that they would meet our tight budget. The work was completed as planned and on time and there were no surprises. The quality of the finished work was outstanding. I will use William again for 2 the remodel of my 2 bathrooms in the coming months!

Project: Build an Addition

It was not an addition but a kitchen remodel. The estimate seemed very fair compared to another I had received. The project went a little longer than expected and was about 10 percent above estimate, but I was very happy with the end result. The estimate did not include sales tax, which was the main reason for the higher total. I don't know if this is industry standard. William is professional and flexible and seems to hire good people to do subcontracted work. Communication was pretty good throughout. All minor issues were quickly resolved. During work, house was left in a clean condition. Disruption was minimal.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

I am glad that I chose Revamp Construction to remodel my condo galley kitchen. William Filicetti and his co-workers were polite, efficient and very easy to work with Mr. Filicetti went out of his way to listen to my vision of what my new kitchen should look like and helped me research and find the right materials. Once we had staged all the materials, the project went smoothly and fast - 3 weeks from demo to done! I am again excited about cooking and this new kitchen has made all the difference! It's light, bright and draws me in by making the space inviting and efficient. The Condo Facilities Manager was impressed with how little the crew impacted the other100+ units. The Condo Remodel Rules were scrupulously observed and there were no interruptions of the soomth operation of the building. I will highly recommend Revamp Construction to friends and neighbors.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

William and his team appeared to be highly sensitive professionals who work with clarity, paying attention to the details of all aspects of the work, which includes budgeting, preparation, the written contract, payments schedule, material searching, scheduling, risk management--this is by far the most important, you will see why--cleaning up, and even my pets’ needs. William was also highly tech savvy, so we shopped well online, and he sent me photos updating the progress of the work. Quick turnovers of email helped us make the process truly collaborative. It was a great piece of work.
