Although Eric and his workers were very polite and materials were quality – there was quite a bit of sloppy workmanship. A lot of miscommunication and lack of communication was a big problem overall. Although they tried to make up for it in the end and did make some fair to good corrections. But, unfortunately I was already extremely frustrated with them at that point. With a deadline for a renter to move in it was way to stressful and they would not have completed on time or correctly and barely did if I hadn't stayed on them daily.

This was a 5 week project that we agreed to complete in 3 weeks because she had a renter coming in. We explained that to do this things would get a little crazy with various trades working at the same time, but it would turn out great and not to worry. She did not seem to understand this, and was constantly worried we were not getting things done even though we explained the progress daily and answered all the questions. The project was completed on time to the customer complete satisfaction, and it looked amazing. We will do better at communicating in the future.

This company is very professional and the people we dealt with were all very polite and helpful. They were thoughtful in trying to keep everything cleaned up after a day's work. The only delay was because of a sub contractor not following through and not the fault of the project manager. We liked their show room where they employ an interior designer who is good at helping choose colors and has good ideas. We would use them again.

This company has a certification for six sigma meanign they do quality work on everything. We hired them for every job we needed done on this house and they always do good, quality work. They will send out workers that get the job done that same day! Neat, clean, acceptable apperance. They are willing to do whatever you need them to do. They give you very informative options on everything. Hire Eric!
