Business owner responsive, flexible scheduling, competitively priced. Subs provided excellent workmanship, terrific job-site prep and clean-up. One minor disagreement about baseboard/moulding re-finish. Overall, experience was good to excellent.

Wow! This guy is the BEST! I was hesitant to cold call someone to come in and work on the old floors in our historic home. Boy was I wrong! Jeff is so professional and such an expert on wood floors. He took the time to explain the process and gave me a written estimate. He was here the next day to do the job. GORGEOUS!! There was no mess, no dust, no fumes....no hassles! Even our dogs liked him! ...and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Restoration Shine and I will definately have them back to do more of our floors!!! Life would be so much easier if all service transactions went this smoothly! Thanks Jeff !

Vendor responded promptly, and completed job within the 1-week timeframe I had set. Offered good advice and guidance in color and texture selections, and longterm maintenance of product. Made competitive bid, was willing to go above the call to assist in overcoming small problem encountered in disconnecting major appliance in order to facilitate job, was very knowledgeable about the process and pleasant to work with.
