Dawn Link, owner of Resolutions, spoke with me on the phone to determine if my need matched her skills and later came to my house and walked me through the first steps of organizing. I have scheduled another appointment and look forward to making more progress.

Dawn was great. She was very attentive and listened to all of our needs. We learned a lot, too. Consultation lasted about 2 hours. She left us with a concrete plan that we hope to implement very soon!

It really got me motivated to clear away the clutter. The only thing that I would (and still) have liked is a different way of dealing with the things in the room. We picked up, re-arranged, and made it look presentable, but instead of one piece of furniture being a catch all, another one is. I need to find a better way and to prevent a catch all.
