Glenn is very professional, incredibly easy to work with!. Very responsive to customer requests, never an issue with "follow up" after the job was complete. Answers any questions, even after hours. Very clean, pays a lot of attention to details (we had a defective tile, and he still made it work!!). Glenn did bathroom remodel for master bathroom. Build custom shower including plumbing, skip-trial(spl?) on the walls, granite countertops and custom vanity resurfacing. I will definetely call him back on the other projects. He is very honest, no nickle&diming for this/that. You will be in good hands when you call him. Thank you Glenn!

Glenn did a great job renovating our master bathroom. His design expertise was very helpful. Coordinating colors, bathroom layout, window placement, and overall functional design was excellent. He was very easy to work with, and dedicated his entire time to our project. We would recommend him to anyone needing a bathroom makeover and would not hesitate to call him again for any other remodeling.

We had a great experience! Glenn was friendly, courteous, respectful of our home, and clean. He worked consecutive days and finished the job a day earlier than expected. The work is professional and beautiful. The tile we selected had a sort of marble pattern to it, and Glenn went the extra step to lay the tile so that it flows very well, and looks very natural. He also was willing and able to provide expertise when we were not sure how to advise him on certain things (i.e. placement of plumbing fixtures, and layout of decorative tile trim pieces). I will recommend Glenn to our friends and family and will use Glenn myself in the future.

Dropped the ball less than 1/4 the way through the project and just quit communicating altogether. Wouldn't return phone calls.

I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the quality of work performed on the complete rebuild of my master bath including shower, tub and tub deck, and tile floor. I would strongly recommend Residential Services for any remodel and I will definitely have them back out to work on my kitchen.
