Russ was very professional. His work was as promised, on time and thorough. Final report was detailed but simple to read and interpret for the "non-inspector". He has made himself available for additional questions/concerns after job complete. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend his work to friends and family.

Russ was knowledgable and professional. He was very thorough inspecting the home. When he was going over the results with me, he treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Russ explained his findings in a clear and concise manner without talking down to me. I felt that he was giving me the consideration and care that he would give to a close friend or family member. Russ was able to come out to do an inspection on very short notice, and provided a very thorough and well put together report. The bank requested some clarification and he was also able to do a follow-up on short notice. He was a pleasure to work with!
