Steve works on my schedule very well and keep me informed with the progress. I am very impressed by his and his coworker's work attitude. They brought big machines at scheduled date and finished the job within a day. The payment issue is also well managed afterwards. Feel comfortable and confident. They are the contractor who should be relied on. My driveway looks great now.

Although he was prompt in timing. I did not like the way he left my railing not connected. They said they would put them back when I first talked to them. Also they used heavy power hammers to break up old sidewalk. It is against my foundation wall. I now have a horizontal crack in my inside cellar wall. He could have used hand tools to take out old sidewalk, and avoided the damage to my foundation. But time is money to them , I am sure. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the crack, which runs the whole length of the sidewalk inside my cellar. They will get no recommendation from me.

Customer had an old wooden railing that I offered to replace - but explained that the height wouldn't be the same (since the new concrete would be a diffferent level). There were (3) different sections concrete - all 4 inches thick and all on top of each other. No way around using a jack hammer....we never intentionally "try" to make a mess, or disturb anything. I had no idea the concrete was a foot thick and didn't charge her any more money - even though the demolition was three times harder and took three times longer! I take any complaints to heart - she never even called me about the problem! I only found out through this review.
