Project: Repair or Reprogram a Thermostat
I made the request the morning and the service person (Shawn) came the same afternoon. He made an adjustment in my gas furnace - cleaned the flame starter sensor - and everything has been working since. The problem had nothing to do with my thermostat all along. I am very satisfied with RepairMax and would recommend them highly.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
After carefully assessing my situation, I was given four solution options, each with detailed written specifications and pricing on the same day as my meeting with the estimator. I phoned in my acceptance of one of their proposed options just before the close of business and they completed the project the very next day. While this fast response was facilitated by someone's cancellation, they successfully went the extra mile to obtain all the product needed to commence work early the next morning. The job was completed with total professionalism.

A little stiff for the amount of time it takes to do the job but the job was well done. Customer service was excellent. The lady at the end of the line was very courteous and the technician was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good service.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They came out right away to check on the problem. The fee was $89.95 which is around the average price. The fee was charged regarless of whether or not the customer would have them do the repair work. The technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem correctly. RepairMax came back to me with a couple of different quotes and recommendations which were very helpful. The pricing was probably slightly above average, but reasonable.
