Simply stated, Jim was great! He's a real pro who arrived exactly on time, immediately pinpointed the problem, and went straight to work. His attention to detail was excellent and he was very careful about not messing up our white carpeting; even took off his shoes when he had to go upstairs to check the radiators! The job was completed in one afternoon, the price was great and our heating system was up and running again on the coldest day of this season! Jim is easy to communicate with and doing business with him is a real pleasure. We highly recommed him and will use him again for all our future needs.

On time, good prices, great communication , almost instantly they use tarps to contain dust and cleaned up after they finished...EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL

Jimshowed up on time. He provided a written estimate the same night by e-mail. I hired him the same day and asked that he come on a specific day the next week. He showed up early and begain his work. A very polite and friendly man, and, very qualified. Our sump pump hole was a very difficult project, as he found two cement slab floors to hammer through at high tide. The job is just perfect, he and his helpers cleaned up the area spotless, and, the price was very fair. I will definetely use Jim again and recommend him highly.
