When I contacted the office and made arrangements for the repair of my washing machine, I was told the part would be guaranteed "for life." This was a deciding factor. The repairman show up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very satisfied. He too told me the part is guaranteed for life and I would be receiving an email with this information. I'm still waiting. No one returns calls.

Pricing is unacceptable. A client should not have to worry about being price gouged on the parts. I had to haggle on a price that was already communicated as a discount down another 30% before I would approve the work. Company was very responsive, appeared to be knowledgeable, but no one likes to get ripped off and if I had not taken the time to look up the cost of the parts myself, I would have overpaid by $300 on a $700 project.
