Very professional and courteous. When he came to give me the estimate I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. This was a refreshing change from the other companies who pressured me to make a decision immediately. The quality of the windows looks and feels better built and more durable than windows from the other companies. The guys that came to install them were very courteous, neat, and very attentive to details. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants high quality work done at a reasonable price. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to do additional work for me.

Bruce came out and provided me an estimate and was very patient with some of my questions. There were no hidden costs. Everything Bruce said was 100% accurate. Bruce followed up with me in email and phone. The crew came and installed 12 windows. They worked all day long and were very friendly. I'd definitely use the service of Renevation Pros again. As a matter of fact I plan on using Renovation Pros again for the remaining 20 windows in my home later in the year. Do yourself a huge favor. Definitely use this company.
