I had no idea that when I was quoted a rate of $88.50 per hour it meant that I would be paying $88.50 per hour for Renne and for his son. I never would have hired him if I knew it meant he would be charging $550 to put 3 bookcases together and hang one shelf. When I initially contacted him he mentioned at the end of the conversation that his son would be coming too but he never mentioned that his quote of $88.50 meant it would double. I had to leave during the time he was here so my husband paid him. When my husband quetioned the doubling he said that I knew it would be double. I clearly did not and never would have hired hm.

This Customer signed a contract that clearly stated that the rate was per hour per man. This customer was told that we would be bringing two men as the bookcases were extremely large. We will be contacting this customer to see if we can come to a resolve.

Bob Rennie was always on time and very knowledgeable. He juggled his schedule to do the work before it rained. When the job proved too big for him he was honest enough to tell me.

Job was done quickley and very nice.

Very professional and arrived on time. Advised me against replacing something which would have been expensive and time consuming and provided a good fix for the problem. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
