I hired him mid-season 2011 when we had successive 12" snowfalls and I just couldn't shovel the snow high enough. He did a good job.

Service was great but the estimate was a little unclear. The only number(estimated cost) I was told was not even near the final cost I was charged. In the future, I would suggest that if an excessive snow amount cost may be added, then add that figure to the estimate and convey that total amount to the customer prior to the work rather than saying a certain percentage may be added if snow is excessive. That day, everyone in New England down to middle New Jersey had at least 15+ inches of snow.
