Was very pleased with the whole experience from start to fininsh. The windows and patio door were installed in one day ! Everything was explained properly and all my questions were answered and before the installers left he made sure I was satisfied with the installation and made sure I knew how they worked.

I was very pleased with the installation of the patio door,they could not re-attach the alarm because the wire was too short but left part of the strip loose, so when the alarm people came out they had no trouble in the re-attachment. I called Andersen, and they are coming back to take care of the strip. They were courteous and very professional.I am pleased with the quality of the door.

RBA was a first rate experience and they were very detail oriented throughout the project from appointment set-up to final installtion. We bid out to three contractorsand RBA came in at the middle, but we accepted them due to Anderson's warranty of the doors and workmanship and reputation. We had a wall taken down and sliding glass doors installed leading out onto a patio. The only drawback was Anderson's lack of a in-glass blind systems that most other door manufacturers offer. I would definitely use RBA again for any door or window installation needs I have in the future.
